Since the outbreak of the pandemic in March, industrial hubs like Suzhou and Wuxi have been facing severe challenges, putting equipment installation and commissioning schedules to the test. Despite numerous obstacles, the Gauss team successfully completed equipment commissioning on May 31st, providing protective atmospheres for over ten multi-purpose furnaces at the site.
The Gauss EndoMate® -Dual dual-furnace generator, featuring dual reaction tanks and a dual heating system (with optional gas heating), offers three production modes: "one in use, one on standby," "simultaneous gas production for both furnaces," and "gas production from one while the other undergoes maintenance." This design not only reduces upfront investment for customers but also addresses concerns about downtime and gas supply interruptions. The new generation EndoMate® generator adopts leading atmosphere control technology, requiring maintenance only once a year and enabling unattended operation. This contributes to lower labor costs and increased production efficiency.
