Gauss Control successfully completed the deployment of the heat treatment MES system for Zhejiang Changhua,

Gauss Control recently successfully completed the deployment of the heat treatment MES system for Zhejiang Changhua, utilizing our independently developed Gauss MES Manufacturing Execution Software. This system is not only designed to meet basic production scheduling and management needs but also to lay the technical foundation for AI model deployment in the era of artificial intelligence.

The Gauss MES Manufacturing Execution Software serves as the central system, seamlessly integrating the upper-level SAP MES system with the lower-level Japanese Chugiru STC Annealing Furnace PLC system, becoming the core control platform for the entire production process. Through this system, Zhejiang Changhua can achieve highly precise production scheduling and make significant breakthroughs in production record and process management

In terms of hardware architecture, the system is deployed on a physical server running a Linux operating system, ensuring stability and security. Additionally, the system includes two clients—one for process management and the other for production scheduling—both developed on Windows systems with intuitive and straightforward interfaces, greatly enhancing user operation efficiency. Moreover, the system is equipped with an 85-inch industrial-grade display screen for real-time monitoring of the annealing furnace and RX generator operating status. This visual management approach not only improves operational intuitiveness but also enhances response speed and decision-making capabilities during the production process.

The Gauss MES Manufacturing Execution Software can be deployed on a physical server or, upon customer request, on a cloud server, offering greater flexibility and scalability. The software's cross-platform capability allows it to run stably on both Linux and Windows systems, which enhances system robustness while effectively safeguarding user data security.
