Recently, a controllable gas nitriding system designed and manufactured by Gauss Company for wind power gear nitriding and construction machinery parts soft nitriding was officially put into operation. The system is equipped with the NitroMate™ expert system, including software, hardware, hydrogen probe, media flow controller, pressure controller, ignition system, and expandable ammonia decomposer interface for process control of a 2500mm*2500mm pit furnace.
