Gauss recently delivered a dual-chamber RX generator for protective atmosphere heat treatment on two mesh belt furnaces. The Endo Gas Generator adopts the Gauss EndoMate™ dual-chamber design, which can realize two production modes: one in use and one in standby or dual-machine hot standby, to meet the uninterrupted production needs of mesh belt heat treatment lines. As the requirements for automotive fasteners become more stringent, more efficient and environmentally friendly production methods will become the driving force for equipment upgrades.
At the same time, this project also includes process data monitoring and analysis software for mesh belt furnaces and Endo Gas Generator, which can be displayed, queried, and recorded both locally and remotely.
