The EndoMate™ RX gas generator, designed and manufactured by Gauss, has successfully passed all parameter assessments and was officially delivered to the customer today. The project utilizes two EndoMate™ 60 cubic meter models to provide protective atmosphere for a fully automated multi-purpose furnace production line. Additionally, the project includes the conversion of propane enriching gas to natural gas carburizing, RX generator data acquisition into the customer's own MES system, and data acquisition and statistics of the main furnace flow meter in the multi-purpose furnace.
Gauss's advanced atmosphere control technology provides high-quality carrier gas, which is more conducive to process execution, significantly improves problems such as material grain boundary oxidation, and reduces the consumption of carrier gas and enriching gas, thereby saving energy.
