The RX Generator (Batch Furnace) is a device that mixes raw gas (natural gas or propane) and air in proportion and introduces them into a reaction vessel containing a catalyst at high temperature to crack and produce RX gas. RX gas can be used in processes such as wire annealing and car parts carburizing quenching. In addition to providing a good protective atmosphere, the RX gas batch furnace can also completely replace methanol injection to achieve cost reduction and safe production.
