Gauss DataPro™ Process Remote Monitoring Software is a management software designed for the acquisition, monitoring, recording, and tracing of process data in heat treatment processes. The Gauss design team, taking into account the current production situation of domestic commercial heat treatment plants, has developed data acquisition hardware that is compatible with most mainstream brands of heat treatment furnaces. The Gauss process data acquisition terminal is suitable for most heat treatment equipment, including: multi-purpose furnace production lines, ordinary electric/gas heating furnaces/car bottom furnaces, mesh belt furnaces, pusher furnaces, vacuum furnaces, nitriding furnaces, and other auxiliary equipment.
In addition to collecting conventional process information such as temperature, carbon potential, nitrogen potential, oil tank temperature, and vacuum degree, the system can also calculate equipment power consumption by time period and furnace batch by adding smart meter hardware, thereby achieving energy consumption management.
